I wanted to provide a recommendation for Lucky Charm House Cleaning. I have used the service for the past 25 years on multiple properties and can only say
that they are an extremely professional company. An amazing value and expert customer service. Owner Terry Bardossa has accommodated every request (even last minute) that I have put forth. I can not say enough good things about him and his company. I highly recommend them.

I have used this company a few times, usually before I have company. They are reliable and you can call last minute to set up an appt. You get 4 hours for $80. Which is a very fair price. But I will say that i haven't had anyone yet who really cleans well. The last woman we had worked hard for 4 hours... but …
I am so impressed with this service. Before I moved in to my new House in Maywood I called Lucky Charm Cleaners and hired Gisella,She did the cleaning of my apartment, and I am very pleased with the job she did. She was here for 3 hours, and got the job done. Their rates are not to expensive too; $75 only.
Do not use this company and save yourself time and money. I had to clean the mess, after the maid left. She had no idea what cleaning means. and got upset when I started re-cleaning after her. left garbage everywhere without picking up after herself. The owner was rude and didn't care about my complains. A nightmare!
Terrible terrible" the first time i called they sent a professional but the 2nd time i ad to clean up after her. I complained to the manager and instead of correcting the situation he was screaming in my ears and bragging about how many rich clients he has. He is arrogant and unprofessional . Will never call them again
I was happy with them the first time & 2 nd time thy sent someone who dosnt know what it means by cleaning . My house is a mess after cleaning was done. I paid so much & had to clean everything again myself.
