The staff in the electrical department are a disgrace and the service non existent. The manager should be sacked they have no idea how to run a business. Certainly wont be going back .

I've shopped at the Richmond store many times and have had decent service most occasions; however, the last few trips have resulted in less than desirable service from the floor. While FULLY loading two carts of treated lumber, carrying each board the length of the aisle since it was blocked with a pallet of 2x's at one end and an idle forklift at the other, I had two male employees watch me...
