Policies seem to be anti customer service. Took a lock in to be re-keyed and was advised that they were not a locksmith and could only re-key a lock on the day I bought it. Just don't understand why they would want to turn away business

I do like the store in general but you have to wonder what they are thinking. I have had several instances that I wanted something that they had in stock but not a one of the employees could find the stuff. Maybe I was wrong but I thought lowes was trying to sell stuff. I ,myself would at least make an effort to find it if I worked there. Lowes of Frankfort is reverting to the dark days before...
