LGM serviced our apartment building for over a year!Now their emails bounce back and their number is "no longer in service."This is not acceptable at all!So I guess they are out of business, but still!!
Dear Neighbors and Potential Customers! Do not ever use this Local Green Maid service. I made a reservation for the Maid Service at 11 am and Carpet Cleaning service at 1 pm for the past Saturday. On Friday, the day before, I even confirmed the appointments. I waited for them since 10 am until 1 pm on Saturday. Nobody showed up. Nobody even called. So, I called the office numerous times to see if they would be even coming. Of course, the office is open from Monday through Friday. Therefore, they did not answer on Saturday. I left them a few messages that their team has not shown...

I had a similar experience as a previous person who posted. I had already made an appointment for 2pm and NO ONE showed up! I was so upset and left them a voicemessage AND email and no one responded or followed up with me. I can't believe a business can be this unprofessional and careless. I have gotten a refund through groupon because the local green maid service never even returned my call.
