I ditto the message from 2007 by appalled96. They did the same thing to me. They did not inform me they were keeping my security deposit. They then called after I made an appointment on a Friday to have the wall removed informing me that they won't be refunding the deposit since I didn't call a month in advance (26 days was not good enough). Clearly after 3 years with the wall that was not on my mind. Then I took off work on that friday and no one came! They told me I was wrong and they were coming Monday, which I would never have agreed to since I am not in NYC then. He also then told me...

Long gone are the days when service people were courteous, helpful and fair. I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional, liars as I did at the Living Space. I was blatantly lied to and then the company kept the wall deposit. There are many other reputable wall companies that do work in the city, that charge a lot less, and will most likely treat you in a respectable way.
