they lost my clothes and refused to follow up

I dropped off 2 pairs of pants and 3 dress shirts to be dry cleaned
and delivered to my apartment. They lost my dry cleaning and refused
to do anything about it.

When I called them to inquire about the lost clothing, the man became
agitated and very defensive, and refused to do anything about it - he
refused to even contact buildings in the area to see if it was
accidentally delivered to the wrong apartment.

Their customer service and response to a customer complaint was
completely unacceptable; I would not recommend using this merchant.

My first time was my last one as well.
Brought a new single piece of clothes to test them out. They were not able to clean it well and ruined the fabric in trying to do so. When i brought it to their attention they:
- accused me to have plan to make money off of them by bring the piece of clothing already ruined (it was new and used only once)
- pretended in front of me that it was not ruined
- told me to leave and not to go back anymore
- threatened me to call the police.

They refused to take resposability for the damage and reimburse me

I will never go back and neither should anybody...
