Wonderful.... Perfectly cooked scallops which is not an everyday sort of thing in lexington. I wish I had made it down here much, much sooner. That's my loss, but you should check it out ASAP. He's a genius with seafood and has an amazing selection of both fresh and frozen stuff on hand. I can't wait to find a worthy recipe for the alligator he has in the freezer as well as the 8-12 shrimp....
