I had an appt today-first time ever. They informed me the machine was running almost 2hrs behind. My appt would be 2hrs itself--so I was looking at the least 5 hrs there today. I had to reschedule because I live in Paris and had to pick my daughter up from school. The front desk staff were so kind--I love the fact they told me they were behind instead of making me wait. Went and had a MRI here yesterday and the staff was wonderful . Also the open MRI is the only way to have this done..
