So it's not the biggest & baddest NY&CO... but I suppose it never claimed to be either... just be prepared when you go. The store itself is narrow and typically crowded. This has got to be the worse NY&C location. The store is cramped, messy - why are the lines formed along the aisles? Huh? Don't bother trying anything on because you'll have to wait super long. Oh, the horror!

Its a pretty decent New York and Company and I have always found the staff to be attentive. Yes the lines do get long at the checkout, but not much I guess...
