I do not see how the owner of John Moore is allowed to be a chairman for the BBB. If they are not members of the BBB, then why hasn't the BBB filed suit against John Moore Services. John Moore SAYS they have taken care of the problem, but isn't that excuse all too familiar? I have also wondered about their giant BBB logo on their vehicles so i looked them up on the BBB website and have also found that they are not accredited by the BBB. Shady i think.
