I get the feeling that this place isn't very clean, because when I came in, I overhead a guest complain about mice in her room. This is a no-frills budget hotel with few amenities. Breakfast is not included, nor is Wifi free. This is simply a place to crash, in a decent location in Midtown Manhattan. Not for difficult people

Hotel lays in a really good location, close to Empire State Building and Central Park. But Accommodation was poor - shared toilets and bathroom, in our room was a window but behind that was a wall, so whole day was without daylight. It´s only for a short stay there.

Travelled across America and this was the least enjoyable place to stay by a country mile, almost ruined our stay in NY. Staff were nice but there was a horrible stench off the room with air that gave me a sore throat. Sticky floors and only one shared bathroom per floor of over 10 rooms.
