This place is a trap!!! You feel like your getting a package but quickly realize the opposite. Staff is only friendly up until you sign your lease, the pool is always dirty, the AC in the hallways rarely works (then leaves a horrible smell), and they allow the pet owners to not clean up after their pets (to include fecal matter in the halls and elevator).
The only reason they have good ratings...
Very nice apartment complex to live in South Florida. The neighborhood is not the nicest of the areas, but the public pool of the complex is on the Intracoastal Water. The management company is amazing and always is up to speed on what needs to be fixed etc.
Love living here but the price is very high and will need to be moving out soon.
I've lived here now for almost 2 years and really enjoy the complex. The rent is within reason for the 1-bedroom I have. The layout is great for a single bachelor. Love the washer and dryer in a separate laundry room in the unit with a closing door so when you are doing the laundry you don't hear a thing. The walk-in closet is huge.
