I lived at Lake Pointe for six months and throughly enjoyed my stay. While the apartments are getting up in age, the management goes out of their way to take care of problems. The current manager Tiffany is very friendly, courteous and professional. She is always more than willing to go out of her way to keep the tenants happy. Everytime I need to go to office or call to speak to the manager, she is Never there. I used to deal with the other girl but she is now gone. I don't blame her, she was always busy trying to do everything, because the manager is useless and never there. Now I have to deal with a new girl who is not even trained yet, why because the manager is never there!

Take my advice and DON"T MOVE HERE. We have wanted to move out since the day we moved in, and we can't without breaking our lease and paying almost $2000. The management is terrible, and even when they actually have a maintence person on staff, nothing gets taken care of. Save yourself a lot of trouble and live ANYWHERE but here.
