One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, very disappointing. Security barged into my locked room while I was sleeping, and the staff re-keyed the room while my boyfriend was out so he couldn't get into our room without calling me, all over a simple payment issue that could have been resolved in a matter of seconds if Tom at the front desk had showed a modicum of common sense....
