After failing to deliver over a thousand dollarsworth of goods paid in full or even respond to messages requesting updates, it La Jolla Lighting also fails to
1) Listen to or respond to any voicemail (their box has been full for weeks now)
2) Apparently pay their internet service provider bill because
a) URLs to which they refer on said voicemail only yields 'No Persmissions' and 'Failure' messages regardless of which computer we use to contact them
b)the E-mail address '[email protected]' to which they refer on the outgoing voicemail message kicks back messages as undeliverable.
Their 'By Appointment Only' sign in the door should read 'Gone Fishing on your dime.'

Rude and most unprofessional! Owner accused me of being a robo-caller, then went on a tirade about how many sales calls they get every day...WTF? Hey, I live nearby and was only trying to do...
I don't what people are talking about- The owner "Rick" is the sweetest man on the planet!!! I guess people get upset when they want to repair their old lights and lamps that can't be fixed....
how these people are still in business is beyond me . rude , crude , apparently illiterate . i emailed asking for a simple quote of a few items . Not only couldn't dick or rick , or whatever...
Rude! Horrible welcome and an immediate "NO" when I inquired about repair work for my lamps---without even listing completely. I continued to explain what my needs were and he kept cutting me...
