I've been to the Koi in LA and love it so I thought this would be the same. The food was not as good. Some things were very good and others not so much. My husband had the short ribs and said the sauce was overwhelming, you could not taste the meat. I got shisito peppers which were so hot they were inedible, usually shisitos are not that hot. the food was good but not better than good.
