I had a difficult procedure that I was really dreading. Dr. knowles- Fenning was endlessly patient, explained everything as she went, was warm, and took into account my job and was very accommodating. She and her staff were wonderful!

(1) All of my questions were answered.
(2) Their staff is capable and professional ( but not nearly as entertaining as the staff they had 4 years ago).
(3) I was satisfied with my visit.
