Don't use them. Remediation has been a bad experience. They overcharge and threaten to put a lien on your house if you don't agree with what they billed the insurance co for. They wanted the full check for work that wasn't even done. Yelling over the phone about where the money is very unprofessional. Check out the reviews that are not recommended by Tiffany and Empressa, sounds familiar to me!
