However, it was the worst customer service experience I've EVER had. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. My car was towed here on a Friday afternoon for unpaid parking tickets. I paid the fees required to redeem my car on Saturday via a paylock operator at 11am. She told me that the location was open till 1pm and I had 24 hours to pick up my car. I began walking to the location and decided to give them a call. I spoke with an employee and he told that they were closed...

Scam artist! Screw this company they try to scam people. They have spotters and radio to pick peoples cars up and try to scare them into giving cash or they take the cars.. Its bullshet and their drivers and spotters too.. Scum
