The monitoring service is reasonably priced. However, the in-house calls are exorbitant - making simple fixes costs huge amount of money.
Agree to SS. They overcharge so much!! I never asked for two technicians but they came and charged double for hr rates. The job was simple and could be done by one person and half the charged time.
