I had a terrible experience with Karl's Appliance. The product was faulty and it took too long to get it repaired (after someone coming out to "fix" it misdiagnosed the problem). What's worse is that no one took ownership of the problem. Everyone blamed someone else. Finally I was reassured that I would receive a gift card for food spoilage (not to mention all the time I took off work for...
