I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
