I would not recommend going here if you are looking for quality customer service and condescending employees full of BS. I had a bad experience at the time of purchase and the pool collapsed 6 months later due to them neglecting to show up as promised with regards to closing our pool and not telling us about a piece we needed upon purchase.
I went there to find a part for my pool (skimmer adapter for 1-1/2" hose). I had a link from Amazon to show what I am looking for, for easier explaining. The owner looked at it, ask what it is, and upon my explanation, he asked "What kind of pool is that? Is it those out of box pools?". When I said that it was, he was used so condescending tone, like he is miles above me, with a harsh remark "Good luck with that piece of ...".
What a low life person. Is the pools that he's selling coming pre-assembled, out from a balloons. All of them are coming in boxes, some more some less expensive. I've came there for advise, for information, not for someone rubbing my nose about my purchase. Very bad experience. Very bad way to make a new customer. I may not be able to find the part, but was willing to buy some chemicals, but after this, I just stormed out, avoiding any verbal conflict with such a low life.
I wonder if you have to bring something back and ask for some kind of warranty, what will you have to go through. Terrible communication.

Upon entering the store no friendly greeting. Similar to a bank teller set up, with desks all in a row, you wait to be called by the next available. When my turn came the man was on a personal call to his wife, acted like I was bothering him, was snotty and rude so I just turned around and left. He never answered my question, had no interest in making a sale, nor a future sale and I will never go back. We are buying our pool and supplies elsewhere.
Old complaints regarding retired employees should be answered.Anyone who has visited the Paterson store in the past two years knows that the bad stories about customer abuse stopped there. Make sure the name of the pool you select is the name Gabrielle writes on the sales slip. She pulled a fast one on me, we received to wrong pool and they would not exchange it for the pool we selected, because the box was opened. How would we have known?
