Born in Detroit MIchigan. Joe cooked for 3000 soldiers in Saigon Vietmam from 1968-1969. Discharged Oct. 1969. Moved to Lexington in 1972 and open his restaurant in 1973. Joe B. still has fun cooking and greeting customers.
