It appears that some people might had a good experience with these movers but mine was horrific. They brought a truck that was too small for our furniture (even though we gave them a very concise list of what needed to be moved) and refused to make a second trip (the distance between pick up and drop off was only a 15-20 minute drive). We dealt with UMC Moving Company for our office removal service, which was really urgent for us. We had a tight schedule, that's why we needed the job to be done within our given timeline.
But unfortunately they messed up with everything. They forgot to collect everything, even they failed to complete the job on time.

You guys have lost the plot. I was given a wrong quote. I was charged so much more that what was quoted and agreed upon. I got charged for having to have you and your very slow working crew poor work ethic. It took forever for the you to show up then took even longer for all my stuff to be moved. Not Cool. Worst Move ever
