Available to fix front load washer in a hurry. Came the next day, diagnosed the problem, called when the part came in 2 days later and installed it. Fair price and knows what he is doing. Don't be discouraged by Jimmy's non-existent phone skills. He's a pro.
Very pleased with the service. He was right on time, very knowledgable, and polite. I'd say he was fairly reasonable with the service rate, although I don't really know enough about this industry to gauge pricing. I do know that I would definitely call Jimmy's Arctic Air again in the event of another AC repair. Highly recommended!
