Jerry understands what needs to be done and gets to it immediately.

For me who knows very little on tax matters, Jerry cares to explain the details and gives options to me to decide how best it works for me.

He seems to be available and gives full attention anytime, making me feel I can rely on him fully to get things done on my taxes, which he had....successfully.
