Placed an order for some flowers to be delivered to a friend that just had surgery. Called a few hours later to check on the delivery status since I haven't heard anything. Turns out they "didn't see" my order. Wouldn't deliver it when I called because there would be " too much traffic" Poor customer service!!!! Jerome needs to step it up with service.
Jerome was delivered without a hitch. They made beautiful, unusual arrangements for my friend's 60th birthday. They organized the arrangements sending me photos bc I couldn't get to the store. Fiddled until I thought it was perfect, and then the guests were FIGHTING over the bouquets at the end of the evening. Bravo Jerome!
