I'm more than happy with my agent who helped me sift through all this madness, as well as spending a few hours with me on the phone whenever I had a few idiotic questions. He's great and always responds to emails.

Michelle at your agency is so nice & helpful! I spoke to her after speaking to my old agency in Boulder (as I want to transfer my policy from Boulder to NYC) and it is like night & day. She was extremely helpful and explained thoroughly what she needed to do to transfer my policy. I told her that she was much nicer than Jackie who I worked with over the phone from the Boulder office and she seemed genuinely happy to be working with your team. It is refreshing to hear this!
