Dr. Noel is awesome, caring, empathetic, sensitive to my needs, and I feel like he practically reads my mind sometimes! I truly feel heard, validated and respected for who I am as a person and not just based on my diagnosis.
The front staff is efficient and professional and make you feel comfortable!
So if you are looking for a good doctor, this is the place to go!

Dr. Noel is without a doubt one of the top psychiatrist in Houston and for good reason. He is extremely knowledgeable about any and all conditions in his field along with all medications that may be required to treat those conditions. Dr. Noel cares deeply for each one of his patients. I am very happy to have found him. Office staff, appointments, etc are excellent. I highly recommend him.

I trust his knowledge of medicines. My internist even defers to Dr. Noel with my medicines. If you are not an established patient, the wait time to get into see him for the first appointment is long. I usually schedule my appointments 3-4 months in advance, then I have no trouble getting the day and time I want!
