Worst Retail Experience EVER!!!!

I am writing this review to warn potential patrons of Western Spirit of their deceitful business practices. I purchased $1800.00 worth of merchandise for a still-life photo shoot. I explicitly asked the salesperson if there was a rental policy and was told that there was not. However, within 7 days I would be able to return the unused merchandise for store credit, except for the vintage pieces.
I explained that I was a stylist prepping for a series of ads for Stetson and McGraw perfumes and went so far as to show the layouts to my salesperson. There was no question about my intentions...
