This review is specifically in relation to the terrible customer service. The doctor is good, but his staff are dreadful. I currently am sitting on hold and have been for over 10 minutes....

Terrible service. Went to him one year ago when he charged me $45 fee for 'Contact Lense evaluation' because I am a new customer. Fast forward a year when I scheduled a check up, and was charged another $50 and was told each year I renew my prescription I will have to pay this fee. Lost a customer here.... That is not the standard for renewing contact lense prescriptions as a 15+ years user.
