The service at this J. Crew is impeccable. I have received excellent suggestions from Liz and Andrea. Liz suggested a pair of shoes I had not seen, and they are perfect. Returns are easy. The thing to remember about this store is that it is a limited selection of the higher end stuff mixed with basics. They run up to size 10 in shoes and 12 in clothing.

Meh. I found the service to be only so-so here. No one greeted me and two staff members actively ignored me in the nearly empty store.
