Stay Away....this was a nightmare!!

Would give zero stars if that was possible. Let me bullet it out for you:

- Awful equipment that was old, did not work and ruined an event I had spent $3,000 on
- Worst customer service I have come across in NYC
- Gene, the owner, is a liar and a crook
- I will never, ever do business with them again and I encourage all of you to stay away.

The previous review is accurate. Gene cannot be bothered to help you. He will misrepresent the truth. And despite the fact that you are his customer, you are nothing but a pain in the ass for him.

My wedding planner referred me to Interactive Vision Solutions in order to rent a projector and screen for use at my rehearsal dinner. She spoke to Gene, was quoted a certain amount, and informed Gene that I would be calling him to book the projector and screen. When I spoke to Gene, he refused to give me the rate that he told my wedding planner, so I had my wedding planner call him back to arrange the contract. Great and professional service

I rented a booth at the Travel Show at the Javitts Center and I rented an HD LCD monitor and a floor stand from Interactive Vision Solutions. They were located not far from the Javitts center and my equipment was there within a half hour from when I placed the order. The equipment was either brand new or seemed like it was brand new and I had no problem with them picking up the monitor and floor stand when I was done. I have rented from other companies in the past for different markets and I have run into companies that made me stay for hours and hours after my event was over to wait for...

I'm not the type of individual who takes the time to write this stuff. In this case it was so refreshing to find a company who actually delivers and not just promises! I was panicking and in an urgent situation. AV rentals did not take advantage of this situation, rather they handled everything I needed equipment wise quickly and professionally. I was more than impressed. In a day and age where service has all but disappeared..........thank God there are a few companies left like them that shine above the rest!! Use these guys!
