I was very pleased from my first phone conversation with Frank to discuss the details of my move. Frank was very professional & courteous. He returned every phone call & responded to all my e-mails in a timely manner. He was able to arrange my move on very short notice and the price was very reasonable. I needed to move furniture from a NJ location to two separate locations in Staten Island. Upon my request to Frank he made sure the foreman called me 1 hour prior to their arriving to the NJ location so I did not have to sit & wait or miss an entire day from work. In addition, he provided me with the foreman's' phone number as well. The movers were on time, professional & courteous. Integrity Movers is amazing. They definitely helped us have as easy and as stress-free a move as possible. The moving consultant we had (Michael) was very helpful and professional, and even called us on our moving day to check in and see how things were going. The actual movers (Adam and Pedro) were incredibly nice and efficient- they showed up promptly as scheduled, moved all of our boxes immediately, wrapped all of our furniture, electronics, appliances, and pictures, and were out of our old place (4th story walk up) and into our new place in under 4.5 hours.

Dont let these people move you. They are really sneaky. They pretend to be nice but basically they do things like denting furniture, not assembling it correctly, .........

They wouldnt take my phonecalls or emails to correct the problems they called
