Great place to live been here 2 yrs and its been awesome the staff is on point and always willing to help at any given time. Discrepancies are corrected on spot. thx IMT

I moved in March and I love this place. It beautiful and clean. Spacious floor plan that will fit every need. The club house is amazing. Easy access to everything. The office staff is very courteous.

This Community Is A Nightmare

I have lived at IMT Miramar for three years now and I can honestly say that I have never been more ready for my lease to be over! They make it seem like this place is in demand but they have multiple units vacant and are overcharging the tenants living here.

When I moved into the community in 2013 the former management company and staff were very friendly and very attentive.
