if i knew what i know now i would never rent here. people leave their doors open and play their music so loud i hear it with all doors and windows open. you almost never see management on the grounds. trash everywhere. unless they know they are going to be inspected then they go around and check out everyones patio and threat fees if it is not perfect on that day. the only thing good about it...

Staff is a real pain they act like they don't want you here at all. Rude to deal with and just not friendly. Frequient turn over on staff also makes it hard to really get to know any of them here. I have lived here for wo years, but will deffinatly move as soon as my lease is up again.

We applied for a three bedroom townhome. We were accepted but when we went to sign the lease we asked to look at it first. When we walked inside to look before we signed we were grossed out. There was burn marks all over the carpet and red hair die at the top of the stairs and in the master bedroom. Needless to say we did not sign. SO AS A WARNING LOOK BEFORE YOU SIGN THERE!!

For the first few months any time i needed something fix it was done. Now you can't get it done unless you stay on them every day. iIt took me 4 months to get my desposal fix.
