This hotel was very pricey. I was disappointed that no water was in the room. Other than that, it was a clean room with wifi included. Everything worked and I had a pleasant stay. I am staying there again soon.
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff were really nice and friendly. I liked the variety at breakfast but it would have liked the option of an English breakfast. My room was lovely and the bed comfy. The Woodlands is a really nice area with lots of restaurants nearby and a good mall only three blocks away.
We stayed for a long weekend April 21-24 while visiting family. We arrived around midnight and the front desk staff was very accommodating and informative. Room was clean and staff very nice. Nice breakfast daily with many options. Plenty of out door space to gather with large groups. Enjoyed the fire pit and pool area the most.

Great staff, very accommodating for our type of party. The hotel was very clear and neat motif. Would definitely recommend! We would do our casino formal event again there every year. Super 5 Stars! Definitely will return and recommend to friends.
