Dr. Herman is absolutely one of a kind. While Ive known Dr. Herman for 25 years, I only started seeing him as my PCP over the past several years, and Im sorry I didnt start sooner. Dr. Herman has one foot out the door the entire visit. He rushes the visit, and if you ask too many questions he seems to catch an attitude as if you're taking up his precious time. His "nurse" Mary is very nasty. This is who he has calling and giving test results, not him. Dr. Herman has been wonderful with my elderly mother. He has the patience that is lacking with many physicians today. It makes a difference to feel like a person and not a chart number. Glenda is great in helping with scheduling. My only critism is the wait time on the phone. If you need to speak with anyone other than the receptionist, it could be an impossibly long wait.
