I've found hub cycle in independence to be a great shopping experience over the years and I recommend them to everyone. The prices are fair and the staff is very nice. Overall you really couldn't ask for much more. Thanks for the quality guys!

Awesome staff, great people.

They can be a little slow but they're very helpful and honest. I've mainly had them order parts for me. After my first accident, they quickly got the parts and gave me a lot of instruction on how to do it myself.

Will not step in door again,called on part was told one price and drove there 40miles and went in to pick up part and was almost double the price.they can keep there stuff.

Horrible place, ordered parts with deposit, then when parts came in they said it would cost alot more if i wanted them or i could pay a 35% restock fee to return them. Then found out why they were more expensive they ordered them for the wrong year of bike. After going back i realized the snotty attitude women behind the counter knew nothing about bikes. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here
