Staff was unbelievably friendly, room was clean and I couldn't ask for a better service for such a price. Will definitely be staying here next time.

The hotel was within walking distance to Disney which was nice, but not quite what i thought it was going to be based on their website.

The room was rather small and the outlet closest to the sink didn't work which was frustrating.

The gates to the pool area and exterior of the building were mildly difficult to operate. Some you lift up and some you push down and they slammed really...

Noisy due to interstate being by hotel. Had to ask for new room since the people in adjoining room were really noisy. Of course this was not the hotels fault unless the walls were thin. Hotel was clean, rooms nice, and pool area nice.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly but the hotel looks nothing like its picture. It is a very worn out hotel. Scratches on all furniture, doors & walls; parts of the room were super dusty; bathtub is very dingy and all the drains were very slow draining. We had to switch rooms when we arrived because the first room was not clean at all (smudges on floor and tables, toothpaste specks...
