I have been taking my car to John since I was 18. Then I was stupid and bought a Ford, and I still took my car to John! Now I have an Acura again and I swear I will never buy outside of Honda/Acura again because I love John and Manny way too much! They are always honest, do a great job, and will NEVER rip you off or tell you stuff needs to be fixed when it doesn't. I will so retire my license when Kiwi retires!
I have taken my Hondas to John since the early 90's (so 16 years)when he was working at a different business. I followed him to Kiwi because he has integrity. He is trustworthy, will not push you to do things that don't need to be done, and is just a very smart mechanic. I have a friend whose CRV had a factory defect. She was told by others that they had a temporary fix for her that would cost several thousand dollars. John came up with a permanent fix for less than a thousand. He's the best! I and my friend will keep buying Hondas as long as John is in business. Not just because they are great cars but so that he can work on them!
