My experience at Hometown Threads was wonderful. I was treated with such care. They go out of their way to take care of the customer's needs and wants. I highly recommend this store to everyone who wants an outstanding embroidered item and personal service!

I've shopped here for years. The ladies at Hometown Threads are always pleasant and helpful. Top of the line products! My company purchase new shirts and hats with every change of the season. Excellent customer service and product.

Terrible Customer Service

My family has shopped at this establishment in the past. However we will not shop this store anymore. I am in the process of notifying appropriate channels and the manager of the Walmart store where this store is located. The treatment that my daughter received there today was very unprofessional and that is saying it mildly. My daughter had gone in a few days ago to purchase a wedding gift. The young lady on duty pointed her to some nice frames with a marriage poem inside and said there were some that were 39.99 but there were ones for 19.99 on sale. She picked out one of the frames...
