Home instead is great! Other people just sent out a random person, but Caroline took the time to work with us to make sure our mom's companion was a good fit. Everything was taken care of and we can call them anytime if we have questions. These guys are truly compassionate and dedicated to taking care of their clients and their families.

I have worked with other agencies and Home Instead is the only one that "stuck". My mom was really resistant at first but Caroline won her over and now she looks forward to seeing her helper every day!
