I've been staying at hotels at least twice a month and book my hotels exclusively on hotels.com, I can say that I will probably never stay at this hotel ever again, I booked my room like 2 weeks prior to my stay and when I got there the receptionist informed me that my room was located on the "C level" which was located on the basement section of the hotel, I explained to her that I didn't want...
