The bathroom had not been cleaned from previous guests. Housekeeping did not pick up or replace dirty towels. Both mattresses were very uncomfortable, worn and lumpy. Wi-fi was free but did not work at all for us.

We always feel at home at the Inn. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Clean and neat. The price is reasonable. Breakfast is great. Everything you need. South Florida is a busy place. We've been to other hotels around the area, paid more $$$, and the rooms were not as nice or the staff as nice, as The Inn At Boynton...

Roaches

Roaches!!! Terrible!! Stayed one night and got a refund for the rest of the week. Rooms are run down and did I mention huge roaches,the size of a double aid battery. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more money and stay at a Marriott, especially if you have kids.

Not clean, not professional

I stayed one night - checked out early due to the condition of my room - however i was charged for TWO nights and the manager refused to reverse the charges. Has never happened to me before. I can only attribute it to very poor staff.
