All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I requested extra towels and they were in the room before we got there. Parking lot was well lit with overhangs to protect some what from the weather. Restaurant was very good as well, food was good, a little pricey. I would stay there again.
Basic Hilton hotel, OK enough room but located in the middle of nowhere!! You HAVE to have a car otherwise will cost you a fortune in taxis.
Staff OK & friendly but ask them to do anything to help you, you have no chance!!
Lots of conferences going on so VERY large groups making LOADS of noise in reception/ bar...
The hotel was very easy to access from the airport, has most of the amenities you'd want (gym, pool, Starbucks), but they don't have bath robes - which is always a nice touch at a hotel, particularly for us small people who like to remain warm in rooms that don't ever get as warm as I'd prefer!

please ask for as many info as possible before booking. the info the hotel provides, in my case was wrong or incomplete or totally wrong. no free wifi and available only in the lobby. no shuttle to the airport
The hotel staff was very helpful in navigating the New Jersey transit system with connections to the New York metro. The free shuttle provided timely trips to and from the New Jersey transit which allowed for convenient trips to the city. If only the hotel could massage my aching feet. ;)
