$600 got me a thick report filled with all sorts of minor information on the condo that we did not buy - thanks to the building minutes and further inquiry. Heimer failed to recognize the fact that the apartment leaked more than 4 times in the past year through the windows. I later learned the sellers did their best to conceal. You are better off to buy an horoscope than use these inspectors - their incompetency cost me $50,000 in repair which should have been in their report - see review in brownstoner- am not the only one.
