After a 30 min wait, I was informed my husbands insur changed, I told the receptionist there was a mistake, she did not agree, gave me his ID, insur card and slid the window shut. I phoned the insurance comp, right then & there as they confirmed I was correct. I called to schedule an appointment for a potentially serious neurological disease, so I naturally had questions. The woman who answered was so rude, so cold---I never made the appointment (for my mother). Absolutely excellent Doctor. Without her we would have lost our mother. She was the only Neurologist who could figure out what was wrong with our mom when her own neurologist failed to do so.
We are forever grateful for this doctor.
