i have to say I just had the best experience in headroom. I just moved into the neighborhood and was looking for a salon that knew what they are doing. Headroom really took care of me. When I first called to make an appointment, I wasn't able to get there during their regular business hours. So I made an appointment anyway hoping that I could get away with taking an extra long lunch. I admit it, i cant deal with change. It's taken me years to muster the courage to change from blonde highlights to a darker shade of brown. But after my consultation with alicia, i knew i was in good hands. She talked me through the whole service. Everytime she touched my hair she explained everyting to me.
